In alignment with RISC-V policy, all technical groups must document their membership structure, including participation and voting rights. We invite all interested members to register their intent to participate, whether as a participant, a participant with voting rights, or an observer.

Important: before signing up for any of these roles, please ensure you are subscribed to this Technical Committee mailing list at [GROUPS.IO LINK].

How to Register

Go to the Participation and Voting Rights Document here: [Link to the page within the Confluence Space for this Technical Committee]
Add your details in a new row:
- Name
- Affiliation
- Role:
  - Participant
  - Participant and Voter
  - Observer

Important Notes

Each organization may have only one official voting member. If your organization has multiple participants, please agree internally on who will serve in this role.
- An organization may also appoint multiple secondary voters.
- Additional members from the same organization should register as participants and leave the voting status blank.
Individual members are eligible to vote.

Deadline

Complete your entry by [DATE]. Members who don’t respond by the deadline will default to Observer status.
