ARC Freeze Approval Request Template
A Freeze Approval request asks the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) to confirm that a specification is feature-complete, stable, and may be Frozen. It should point to a tagged document release (PDF) and give a clear justification.
The request must be sent to tech-arch-review@lists.riscv.org.
